OBJECTIVE
Create, from scratch, an integrated Content Design function in a fast-growing tech scale-up. Enable multiple product teams to level-up UX Writing, design and impact of brand voice.
Outcome
・In less than 1 year, Content Design went from being something “None of us had heard of” to an integrated, trusted and valued part of the product design process and beyond. ・All product teams reported a significant increase in UX quality, unified user journey and decrease in product designer stress levels. ・All with 1 UX Writer. With so much impact felt, the company is now building up a team of UX Writers to continue this drive.

What I did:
Mapped out how Content Design will function in product design and launch processes, consulting with stakeholders to test and refine.
Provided internal onboarding across the organization to level-up everyone’s understanding and use of Content Design across all teams.
Established and enabled the use of UX Writing best practices and guidance documentation.
Worked closely with both Product designers, Design System designers and developers to to bring Content Design thinking to all levels of the product design process.
